You can return an unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Faulty or damaged items follow a separate process, set out below.
Change-of-mind returns
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery, before sending anything back.
- The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, in resaleable condition.
- We refund the product price. We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.
- The original shipping charge is not refundable.
- You pay the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and check the item.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
- Email sales@lanplus.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
- Keep the item and all packaging until we reply.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, and tell you how to return the item if we need it back. A refund covers the full amount you paid, including the original shipping charge.
Faults that appear later are handled under Warranty & Claims.
Before you return anything
Please do not return an item before receiving instructions from us. We need to confirm the return address, the carrier and any dangerous-goods requirements first.
Heavy and lithium batteries
- Lithium batteries are dangerous goods and can only travel with approved carriers and packaging. We will give you the correct method.
- Large AGM and lithium batteries are heavy and return freight can be costly. Melbourne customers can return items to our warehouse in person during business hours.
- Do not ship a battery that is swollen, leaking or damaged. Contact us first.
