What you get
- 10% off retail products, every order, for 12 months. It is taken off automatically at checkout when you are logged in. Items already on special get the 10% too.
- A 5% off member coupon every time you join or renew. No minimum spend, one use, valid for 12 months. You will find it in the confirmation email and under My Account.
- Member prices shown on product pages, so you can see what you will pay before you add to cart.
- Not included: wholesale products, clearance items, shipping and the membership fee itself.

Items on special are marked "On special", and wholesale and clearance products are marked "Wholesale" or "Clearance", on the product page and in your cart. Only one coupon can be used per order, and the member discount plus a coupon is never more than 15% off a product.

Prices include GST. At checkout the discounts are shown before GST, so the figures on screen are slightly lower than the GST-inclusive amounts above, but the total you pay is the same.
How to join
- Log in or create an account. You can also tick "Also join Lanplus Membership" when you register.
- Click Join now here, on your cart page or in My Account.
- Pay $49.00 by PayPal. Membership is paid as its own order; anything already in your cart is kept and comes back after payment.
- Your membership starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. We email you the end date and your member coupon.
Renewal and expiry
- Membership lasts 12 months and does not renew automatically. We email you 30 days before it ends.
- Renew any time before it ends and the new 12 months are added to your current end date, so you lose nothing by renewing early. You get a new member coupon each time.
- When membership ends, member pricing stops and any unused member coupon can no longer be used. You can join again at any time.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel within 7 days of joining for a full refund of $49.00, as long as you have not yet placed an order using member pricing or your member coupon. Use the Cancel membership button in My Account; we refund to your PayPal account.
- Once an order has been placed with member pricing or the member coupon, or after 7 days, the membership fee is not refundable for change of mind.
- Renewals cannot be cancelled, and the cancellation option can be used once per account.
- Returns of products you bought as a member follow our normal returns policy.
- Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Questions
- Do I need to enter a code to get the 10%?
- No. Just be logged in to your account; the discount appears at checkout as "Member Discount".
- Can I use my welcome coupon and my member coupon together?
- No, one coupon per order. You can use them on different orders.
- Why didn't my coupon work?
- Coupons only apply to retail items that are not on special. If your cart only has items on special, clearance items or wholesale products, there is nothing for the coupon to apply to. Some coupons also have a minimum spend, which only counts items not on special.
- Do members get extra off wholesale products?
- No. Wholesale is separate from the membership. Wholesale products are already at our lowest price, anyone can buy them, and no member discount or coupon applies. If your cart has both retail and wholesale products, the member discount and coupon only apply to the retail products.
- Do I have to pay by PayPal?
- The membership fee is paid by PayPal. Your normal product orders can use any payment method we offer.
