Paypal is not accept for local pickup.

10 days pickup period starts when a product is ordered. If more than 10 days, each day will occur $5.00 stocking fee.

Products Warranty

12 month return-to-base replancement warranty for All 6V -12V batteries under 99AH and all chargers.

24 month return-to-base replancement warranty for All 6V -12V batteries above 99AH.

No warranty for compatible issues.

Shipping & handling 

Buyers pay the shipping and handling fee.

Alghough almost all products are free shipping, we do charge extra shipping fee for remote areas.

Buyers is responsible for the return shipping (Even it is DOA).

We need a business courier address (street address) to ship to.

Please also provide a phone number for the deliver driver to contact. It's a compulsory to book a courier.

As we ship all of our goods via courier with signture when received.

If no one on the address when delivered, parcel will be left at the front door.

NO re-delivery apply.

Please check the parcel before you sign. Do not sign on the courier's parcel receive from in case of any damaged item
